Registered Office Service

EVERY business/company must have a registered office in Singapore which must be operational and accessible to the public during normal office hours. This address will be the official corporate address for all official communication from government agencies. Please note that a P.O. Box address cannot be used as a registered office address.

For changes in your registered office address, it is a statutory requirement to notify/lodge the change within 14 days from date of change.

If you are a private property or HDB flat owner/occupier, you can apply to use your Residential Address as the Registered Office Address under the Home Office Scheme, from URA or HDB respectively. DP SME Advisory can assist to apply license under the Home Office Scheme, on your behalf.

  • Bring NRIC and/or Passport of the director in Company; with contact numbers & email-addresses
  • Get ready your (a) Company Name; (b) Proof of Foreign Address (eg. Utility or Mobile Bill)
  • Local Main Contact Person - Contact Numbers, Email-Addresses, Mailing Address (if unable to contact foreign directors)
  • Upon receiving payment, we will prepare and file the company incorporation/RO change with our office as your official Registered Office address for your company.
